This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of and supplements any agreement, Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), Statement of Work ("SOW"), Service Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Purchase Order, or other written contract (collectively, the "Agreement") entered into between:

Teknostra ("Processor", "Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us")

and

Client ("Controller", "Customer", "you", or "your").

This DPA governs the processing of Personal Data by Teknostra on behalf of the Client in connection with the Services.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this DPA:

Applicable Data Protection Laws

Means all applicable privacy and data protection laws governing the processing of Personal Data.

Controller

Means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

Processor

Means the entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

Personal Data

Means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing

Means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transmission, modification, deletion, or destruction.
